Your workspace is isolated
Each client has a separate workspace. Your content, conversations and enquiries are not shared with other clients or used to train assistants for anyone else.

AI model usage runs through your own AI API key, connected during setup, so usage stays under your control.
Where enquiries go
During the trial, enquiries are sent to your team by email. Webhooks and CRM integrations can be added after the trial.
During the trial
We set up and manage the assistant for you. Client admin access is only provided after moving to a paid plan.
