This policy explains how NeoMiron handles personal data collected through the neomiron.ai marketing site and the trial application form. Personal data processed by the assistant on a client's own website is governed separately under a client data-processing agreement, not this policy.

3. Why we use it and lawful basis

We use your information to assess trial suitability and contact you about your trial. The lawful bases under UK GDPR are legitimate interests and taking steps prior to a possible contract. We use correspondence data to respond to your messages, based on legitimate interests.

4. Sharing and processors
